"Brad and his team make an often confusing and overwhelming process easy and manageable. I appreciated that Brad shared personal insurance decisions he made for his own family and explained WHY he recommends certain coverage; It showed he has your best interest in mind and offers recommendations, specific to your situation and needs, as if you were family. When I considered different coverage than he recommended and asked questions, he clearly explained the different options using scenarios I could understand, empowering me to make my own decision, no pressure from him. In the end, we went with his recommendation and completely trust his knowledge, expertise, and character.
